You can even send me any memorabilia that you want to include in your order. Anything very sentimental and memorable.

***PROCESSING TIME***
If I have the item already made, your order will be shipped out within 2 business days. However, some items are made to order/custom and will need 1-2 weeks of processing time. Please understand this and message me if you have any questions about your order!
***CUSTOM PIECES***
I do accept custom orders. Please message me to discuss your needs, and I will try my best to accommodate. All custom orders are final sales, and I will include you in the making process to make sure it matches your vision! As long as I have the items in stock, any of the findings from my pieces can be mixed and matched.
**PACKAGING**
ALL jewelry orders are disinfected before shipping. Orders are always wrapped & ready to be gifted at no extra charge — if you ordered multiple items & would like them gift-wrapped separately, please shoot me a message.
**SHIPPING**
Due to the current pandemic, USPS is experiencing shipping delays. If you need your item by a specific date, please don’t hesitate to let me know so we can discuss the proper delivery method for your needs! Please note that I have no control over the postal service, and any issues after I have shipped the item are out of my control.
If your item has little to no movement or is lost while still in transit, I will submit a claim with USPS and/or replace your order at no additional cost. ALL issues AFTER packages have been marked as delivered must be handled between the post office & customer. ***CARE INSTRUCTIONS***
Proper care for your new piece is essential to keeping your piece in perfect condition! Resin does not like water, direct sunlight, or high heat. Do not wear your piece in the water, and be careful with skincare products, perfumes, and sunscreen. If the resin is exposed to prolonged direct sunlight, the item will fade over time, just as any other colored item will. Avoid wearing your pieces in water to prevent tarnishing.
